2017 Grand World Voyage, Day 170, Ranthambore Fort & local area (Part 2 of 2)

Posted the top picks from our first day sari drives because of all the excitement surrounding our tiger!  Now for the rest of the day!!!!  I returned to the hotel for a quick breakfast and I was off to see the Ranthambore Fort.  Ranthambore Fort is a UNESCO site and stands majestically atop a hill overlooking the entire national park. The view of the surroundings keeps getting better as you climb up but the view from the fort was worth the climb. The fort is surrounded by massive stonewalls with strategically placed towers, interesting architecture and historical sites worth visiting. The visit to the fort was amazing as are all the local people as they go about their daily lives….  This is a two part blog, here is part two.
